[Introduction] YPC-MX-156 is a 15.6-inch full-bonded fanless industrial all-in-one touch PC, purpose-built for MES production line workstation deployment. The full lamination bonding process eliminates the air gap between the touch layer and LCD panel, delivering higher contrast, clearer visual output and stronger anti-fog performance under workshop lighting conditions.

This industrial touch panel serves as a dedicated on-site workstation for paperless production management. It clearly displays electronic work instructions (ESOP), real-time production schedules, equipment status, yield statistics and workshop alarm messages at each assembly station. The responsive capacitive multi-touch allows operators to interact directly with the MES system for work order confirmation, data entry and process querying.

Adopting a fully enclosed fanless aluminum alloy chassis, the unit achieves silent passive heat dissipation without rotating fan components, effectively preventing dust ingress and mechanical failure. It supports both wall-mount bracket installation and panel embedded installation, flexibly adapting to control cabinets, station brackets and workshop console layouts. Built-in hardware watchdog and auto-power-on after power-fail functions guarantee reliable long-term unattended operation on the production floor.
