The whole machine adopts integrated 304 stainless steel seamless fully sealed structure. There are no gaps that are easy to accumulate dirt. The front panel reaches IP65 waterproof and dustproof standard, which can withstand direct flushing of cleaning fluid, convenient for daily sanitation management of production sites.
Equipped with fanless passive heat dissipation technology, the product eliminates cooling fans. It effectively prevents water vapor, corrosive gas and dust from entering the chassis, greatly reducing equipment maintenance frequency. It supports wide-temperature continuous operation and maintains stable performance under humid and temperature-changing environments.
Users can select resistive touch or capacitive touch according to demands. It supports glove operation, which meets the operation habits of workshop staff. Built-in Intel low-power industrial processor, compatible with Windows and Linux systems, it can run MES production management, data acquisition and equipment monitoring software smoothly.
Rich industrial communication interfaces including dual Gigabit Ethernet, RS232/RS485 serial ports, USB and 9-36V wide voltage phoenix power terminals are reserved. Two installation methods, embedded panel installation and wall mounting, can adapt to various production line layout schemes.
