The biggest feature of YPC-AD 23.6 industrial tablet is the standard integrated high-decibel buzzer and three-color status indicator light. It can synchronously receive abnormal signal feedback from each station on the production line, including raw material shortage, equipment failure, product quality defects, and workers' assistance requests.
Once an abnormality occurs, the equipment will trigger simultaneous sound and light reminders. Workshop managers can quickly locate the abnormal station through the terminal, shorten troubleshooting time, and effectively reduce production line shutdown losses.
Equipped with a 23.6-inch ultra-wide FHD screen with a resolution of 1920*1080 and an ultra-wide viewing angle, this terminal supports split-screen display of data from multiple stations. Even in large-span workshops, staff can clearly view production data from a long distance, solving the viewing limitation of small-size traditional Andon terminals.
