This 15-inch moderate-size industrial touch computer is equipped with built-in Andon three-color indicator light and buzzer module. When material shortage, equipment failure or quality abnormality occurs at the workstation, operators can trigger alarm signals quickly to realize efficient on-site coordination.
The whole machine adopts fully enclosed fanless aluminum alloy passive cooling design. Without cooling fans, it avoids dust accumulation and mechanical failure, and can run continuously 24 hours all year round in electronic assembly, machinery processing and new energy production workshops.
Multiple sets of industrial interfaces including RS232/RS485 serial ports, Gigabit network ports and GPIO are reserved, which can be connected with scanners, sensors and other peripheral equipment, and seamlessly dock with MES management system to realize real-time collection and uploading of production data.
We offer optional 7th,10th and 12th generation Intel Core processors, supporting Windows and Linux operating systems. Customers can select capacitive touch or resistive touch according to usage environment. The panel supports embedded installation and wall mounting, and we provide customized services for screen brightness, interface definition and functional modules.
