industrial touch panel pc. Different from ordinary single-sided waterproof products, YPC-FD adopts integrated die-cast aluminum alloy overall sealing structure. The whole machine can be configured with IP65 or upgraded IP67 protection level, effectively isolating cleaning water, dust and oil mist, and meeting the application demands of occasions requiring frequent equipment washing.
The product abandons built-in cooling fans and adopts thickened aluminum shell passive heat conduction. In humid workshops, fans easily draw in moist air and form internal condensation, accelerating component aging. The fanless design fundamentally eliminates such risks and enables stable 24-hour continuous operation, reducing long-term maintenance investment for enterprises.
Two mature touch solutions are available for YPC-FD17. 4-wire resistive touch supports glove operation and can work normally when water droplets remain on the panel surface; industrial capacitive touch provides responsive multi-point operation. The touch assembly is enclosed inside the sealed cavity to avoid performance degradation caused by water vapor erosion.
Equipped with low-power Intel industrial processors, this waterproof industrial touch computer supports Windows and Linux industrial operating systems. It can run stably various monitoring configuration software, production data acquisition platforms and equipment linkage control programs, and provides complete underlying driver resources for automation integrators to carry out secondary development.
Waterproof reserved interface area is designed on the rear panel, including dual Gigabit Ethernet, multi-group RS232/RS485 serial ports, USB, HDMI and wide voltage anti-surge power terminals. It can connect PLC, weighing sensors, detection modules and industrial cameras to realize real-time data exchange and automatic equipment control. Embedded installation and wall-mounted installation are optional to adapt different mechanical layout requirements.
